A Celebration of Japanese Flavours by the SeaSushi lovers are invited to indulge in an evening of Japanese-inspired cuisine as Coral Strand Smart Choice Hotel presents its All You Can Eat Sushi Buffet on Saturday, 24th October 2026, from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, at Island Trader Restaurant.
Set against the beautiful beachfront surroundings of Beau Vallon, this special dining evening brings together freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, Japanese favourites and an extensive selection of hot dishes and desserts.
Guests can explore our Live Sushi and Sashimi Corner, featuring freshly prepared maki rolls and nigiri, alongside a selection of refreshing salads, Mahi Mahi Ceviche, Kani Salad, Vegetable Tempura, Spring Rolls and traditional Miso Soup.
The buffet continues with a variety of Japanese-inspired main courses, including Beef Yakiniku, Fish Karaage, Tebasaki Chicken Wings, Kyoto Fried Rice and Whole Grilled Fish. A dedicated grill selection offers Chicken Teriyaki, Fish Steak and Pork Steak, while our Live Fried Noodle Station allows guests to enjoy freshly prepared noodles with their choice of ingredients.
To complete the evening, guests can indulge in a selection of desserts, including Japanese Matcha Cake, Chai Panna Cotta, Coconut Kuih, Coconut Tapioca with Lychee and Pineapple, and other sweet favourites.
